12-Month Warranty

Lareina cookware is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, non-commercial use.

If a covered defect develops within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What’s Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Enamel Defects: Chipping, flaking or peeling caused by a manufacturing defect on enamelled cookware.
  • Structural Defects: Cracks in the cast iron body or faults affecting the handles or construction.
  • Manufacturing-Related Warping: Significant warping that occurs during normal use and is found to result from a manufacturing defect.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or normal wear, including:

  • Impact Damage: Chips, cracks or other damage caused by dropping, knocking or striking the cookware.
  • Thermal Shock: Damage caused by sudden temperature changes, such as adding cold water to very hot cookware.
  • Surface Damage: Scratches or marks caused by metal utensils, knives, steel wool or abrasive cleaning products.
  • Normal Wear: Cosmetic changes that develop through normal use and do not affect the cookware’s function.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Take a Photo
    Take a clear photo showing the issue.
  2. Contact Us
    Email the photo and your order number to support@lareinacookware.co.nz.
  3. We’ll Review Your Claim
    We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
