We stand firmly behind the quality of our cast iron. If your cookware fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it or refund you. No 20-page forms, no headaches.

What’s Covered

Our guarantee covers issues stemming from how we built the pan, specifically:

  • Enamel Issues: Unexpected chipping, flaking, or bubbles in the coating.

  • Structural Flaws: Cracks in the iron body or loose handles upon arrival.

  • Warping: If the pan loses its flatness under standard stove-top use.

What’s Not Covered

We strive to be fair. Lareina cast iron is tough, but not indestructible. We cannot cover damage caused by accidents or misuse:

  • Drops & Dings: Chips caused by dropping the pan or hard impact against sinks/counters.

  • Thermal Shock: Cracking caused by plunging a hot pan directly into cold water.

  • Metal Utensils: Scratches or chips caused by metal tools (we recommend wood or silicone!).

How to Make a Claim

Did something go wrong? We’re here to fix it.

  1. Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the issue.

  2. Email Us: Send the photo and your Order # to support@lareinacookware.co.nz.

  3. Get a Solution: We reply within 24-48 hours. If it’s a defect, we’ll process your replacement or refund immediately.
