The "Cook Happy" Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our cast iron. If your cookware shows a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it or refund you. No 20-page forms, no headaches.

What’s Covered

Our "Cook Happy" guarantee covers any issues that come from how we built the pan, including:

  • Enamel Issues: Spontaneous chipping, flaking, or peeling.
  • Structural Flaws: Cracks in the iron body or handle issues.
  • Warping: If the pan loses its shape under normal cooking conditions.

What’s Not Covered

We want to be fair. Cast iron is tough, but it’s not indestructible. We cannot cover damage caused by accidents or misuse, such as:

  • Drops & Dings: Chipping caused by dropping the pan or banging it against the sink.
  • Thermal Shock: Plunging a hot pan directly into cold water (this cracks the enamel!).
  • Metal Utensils: Scratches caused by metal forks, knives, or steel wool.

  2. Email Us: Send the photo and your Order # to support@lareinacookware.co.nz.

  3. Get a Solution: We reply within 24-48 hours. If it’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll process your replacement or refund right away.
