At Lareina, we stand behind the cookware we make. If the enamel chips or cracks within 12 months because of a manufacturing defect, we’ll refund you. Simple as that.

What’s Covered

For 12 months from the date of purchase, your enamelled cast iron cookware is covered for:

  • Enamel chipping, flaking, or peeling due to a verified manufacturing defect

  • Structural cracks in the cast iron body caused by production faults

  • Warping that occurs under normal household use

If we confirm the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Enamel damage caused by overheating, thermal shock, or impact (dropping, banging, or stacking without protection)

  • Damage from metal utensils or abrasive cleaning pads

  • Commercial, restaurant, or other non-household use

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor surface marks, scratches, and discolouration

Our cookware is designed for everyday home use. Damage from misuse or improper care is not covered by this warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you notice chipping or other damage, please stop using the item.

Email our team at support@lareinacookware.co.nz with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and the damage

  • A short description of how and when the issue occurred

Our team will review your claim within 5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund or discuss any suitable replacement options with you.
