Super impressed with the cast-iron warehouse and the people involved. As soon as I had ordered, I started receiving emails letting me know where my shipment was at when it would be shipped and the expected date of arrival. When the package arrived, the cauldron was super well packed, and I immediately enjoyed the unboxing. The people are polite do great work and seem to actually care about the product you receive. They seem to understand that excellence in business is remembered long after price is forgotten. However, the price is great too.

Initially I bought 2 large loaf pans which were too heavy. When customer service emailed to find out how my experience was, I said I may have to return them due to the weight. They told me to keep the large pans and they would send me small ones at no cost! How generous! I have used both small loaf pans with great results. I’m considering a small pot and I’ll pay close attention to the weight before buying.

Took my bread to the next level. Love how it forms the bread. It is a little heavy but it's cast iron so that is to be expected. I make bread every other day in this bread maker and loving it. Family loves it too. I didn't want round bread especially for sandwiches, wanted the same size slices, this does exactly that. i don't plan on buying store bought bread again.
My cast iron loaf pan arrived on time and in excellent condition. I liked the options I had when choosing this pan.

Excellent service. Quality double Dutch loaf pan. I like the black interior with ridges on bottom makes removal easy. My first sourdough loaf turned out great!
