What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

All eligible Lareina cookware is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, non-commercial use.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your cookware arrives chipped, cracked or otherwise damaged, email a photo of the damage to our customer service team.

We’ll review it and arrange a replacement. In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item.
