Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Damaged or Defective? Shipping heavy iron across New Zealand is tough work. If your piece arrives with a chip, a scratch, or any flaw, please do not return it. Just email us at support@lareinacookware.co.nz with a photo, and we will send you a replacement immediately. No arguments. No return shipping needed for damaged items.
The Return Policy
- Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same sellable condition you received them.
- Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Since cast iron is heavy, we recommend checking courier rates before purchasing.
How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Send your Order # to support@lareinacookware.co.nz. We will reply with our Auckland return address.
- Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely (using original packaging) and ship it back to us. (Note: Since you are responsible for safe delivery, please use a tracked courier. We cannot refund items that arrive broken due to poor packing.)
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds.
Exchanges Need a different colour or size? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order. We’ll get your new cookware shipped out right away!
