Changed your mind?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your cookware arrives chipped, cracked, or damaged in transit, please don't send it back.

Simply email a photo to support@lareinacookware.co.nz and we'll organise a replacement.

Email us at support@lareinacookware.co.nz with your order number.

We'll provide our return address and guide you through the next steps.

We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning an item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for inspection and up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
